  1. Minimum age: 13 years old

  2. Must be able to read the Quran

Step 1: Fill in the Application Form

✅Download and fill in the application form. For the Application Form click the link below.

✅Email the application to mahlilbanaat@gmail.com

✅Please enter the applicant’s name in the SUBJECT section of the email

✅Specify intended course; ‘Alimiyyah or Tahfiz

✅Please attach the following documents with the application form:

  1. A copy of the identity card of the parent/ guardian
  2. A copy of the birth certificate or identity card or passport
  3. A copy of the transfer letter/ Letter of completion from the previous school
  4. Report Card – School (UPSR/PT3/SPM result slip) and Madrasah
  5. Passport Copy, Birth Certificate Copy, E-Visa Copy, Passport Photo, Passport/Tourist visa expiry date (for foreign applicants only)

✅ Submission of this form shall be considered a formal application to study in the institution.


 

Step 2: Assessment & Interview

  • Applicants are scheduled for an assessment only after the application form is completed.
  • The assessment includes a meeting with a member of the academic staff. This is to ensure that the placement of all students will best meet their educational and personal requirements.
  • After the initial assessment & interview, there will be a personal interview between the student, parents, and our respected trustee, where the applicant’s overall suitability will be assessed. Therefore, both parents must accompany the student during the interview day.

The interview is to determine:

  1. The student’s interest in the course.
  2. The student’s ability to take up the course (ability to recite Quran & communicate in English/Malay).
  3. The student’s willingness to abide by rules and regulations. 

 

Step 3: Enrolment

  1. The madrasah shall inform the applicant of the application status as soon as possible, InsyaAllah.
  2. If the application is successful, a Letter of Offer will be issued. The applicant must accept the offer within two weeks of the date of the letter.
  3. Kindly read and sign this document carefully only if you agree to all the terms mentioned.
  4. The document needs to be submitted before/on Registration Day. 
  5. The Registration Fee will be paid to the Madrasah on behalf of the applicant on Registration Day.

Once registered, the place will be confirmed, and we will inform you of the designated date to report for boarding.
